Maplewood Mobile Home Park sold
Maplewood Mobile Home Park in Lake City has a new owner.
The residential mobile home park at 909 W. Lakewood Avenue was part of an acquisition of properties by Farmington Hills, Mich., based RHP Properties from a Menomenee Falls, Wis., company that includes 50 mobile home communities and over 5,200 home sites.
According to Minnesota sales records, the Lake City property was purchased for $3.064 million, an amount that includes $306,400 for equipment used in the maintenance of the property.
