Mayo announces temporary replacements for departing providers

In the wake of three resignations and a retirement from its roster of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners, Mayo Clinic Health System of Lake City has announced that a team of providers from within the Mayo Clinic system will begin seeing patients in Lake City in early July.
Dennis Spano, M.D., John Renelt, M.D., and Kayla Dascher, C.N.P. resigned and will leave around July 10. Steve Adamson, M.D., has announced his retirement at the end of July.
