Mill and overlay project coming to Cross, West Marion Streets

The Lake City City Council Monday approved motions to advance two large street projects this year: a reconstruction of North Garden Street and mill and overlay on West Marion Street and Cross Street.

The council approved a task order for city engineering firm Bolton and Menk to assist with design and bidding a mill and overlay project covering approximately 13 blocks, along with other adjustments.
