Millville man pleads guilty to rape charges
A Millville man has pleaded guilty to raping a girl under age 16, according to information at kttc.com.
Jesse Tesmer, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct in Wabasha County Court. He accepted a plea deal before the case would have gone to trial.
Court records show that sexual abuse occurred on multiple occasions from 2022 to 2024.
Tesmer, who faces up to 30 years in prison, will be sentenced in January.
He is being held in the Wabasha County jail.
