MnDOT sells lakefront parcel, buyer unknown
A lakefront parcel in Lake City offered for sale by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has found a buyer.
According to Becky Swanson of MnDOT’s Property Conveyance Unit, the sale occurred last week.
Details of the sale, including the identity of the buyer and the price paid, were not available on the Minnesota Department of Revenue website at press time.
Swanson said she expected the information to become available by the end of the month.
