Motorcycle crash leaves one dead
A Wanamingo man was killed in a motorcycle accident in West Albany Township over the weekend, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Kevin Louis Vandewalker, 61, was westbound on Highway 60 near its intersection with 287th Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, when the motorcycle left the roadway, according to a state patrol accident report.
No other vehicles were involved, according to the report. The Wabasha County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
