Port Authority comes to the fore

Lake City’s transition from an economic development authority to a port authority is expected to hit another milestone on Thursday, March 17.
According to Cailin Richard, one of the directors for the outgoing and incoming organizations, the first Lake City Port Authority meeting will take place that day along with the Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA) meeting.
