Public sees highway 61 plans

About 50 people attended an open house on the Highway 61 reconstruction project at City Hall in Lake City Dec. 14.
They had the opportunity to look at two large maps of the project area that show the proposed layout of the 2020 project to reduce the highway from four lanes to three from Central Point Road to the government pier concourse turnaround.
