Senator: Area could gain from state investment

Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans will join Sen. Matt Schmit in Red Wing on Thursday, Feb. 4, to discuss the current status of Minnesota’s state budget and fiscal health, as well as aspects of Gov. Dayton’s bonding proposal and Minnesota’s capacity for infrastructure investment in 2016.
