Sold: Chatfield developer buys Outlot D

The Lake City City Council emerged from a closed session Monday, March 11, and voted to sell the city’s Outlot D property to a Chatfield developer for $45,000.
Outlot D consists of lots stretching south from North 10th Street along Kemp Lane and Kemp Court.
