State senator plans second 'health policy summit'
State Sen. Matt Schmit (DFL-Red Wing) will moderate a continuation of the “Southeast Health Policy Summit” recently held in Cannon Falls. The discussion is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 16 in Red Wing and will follow a similar format of brief remarks, question and answer, and discussion among a variety of key state and local officials, including officials from Mayo Clinic, the health insurance industry, MNsure, and Departments of Commerce, Health, and Human Services.
