Stickier Wabasha County Highway 15 reopens

Wabasha County Highway 15 from Goodhue County line to U.S. Highway 63 reopened to all traffic Sept. 13.
Paint markings and sweeping operations will be on-going; drivers are urged to use caution when driving through this work zone.
Wabasha County closed the road to through traffic last week to investigate and fix a lack of friction between tires and the road surface that was causing slick driving conditions.
