Survivors to get reception

A Relay for Life cancer survivors reception will be held Friday, Aug. 7, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. at City Hall in downtown Lake City. Everyone in attendance will receive bracelets for care-givers and survivors along with several other gifts.
A buffet lunch will be served starting at 4:30 p.m. with the program beginning at 5 p.m. This year there will be a sound system from the Lake City Lions Club with Kenny McEwen as emcee.
