Tax rates decrease even as levy grows in Goodhue County

After months of heated arguing by the County Board, it seemed almost anti-climactic when Goodhue County Administrator Scott Arneson presented the 2016 Goodhue County budget and levy at the Dec. 15 meeting. He thanked the County Board, the management team, and staff that have worked on the budget since May.
