Vaccines protect everyone

With a new school year upon us, it is an opportune time to raise awareness about the importance of vaccines in protecting children against serious, sometimes deadly, diseases. Public Health would also like to remind adults, including pregnant women and those with chronic conditions, about the vaccines they need to stay healthy before the flu season and all year long. CDC encourages people of all ages to stay up to date on the vaccines recommended for them.
