Visibility improvements planned at Hwy. 63 and Wabasha County Hwy. 15
The Wabasha County Highway Department is planning work to improve visibility at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 63 and Wabasha County Hwy. 15 south of Lake City.
“Sight distance is a factor that increases the risk of crashes at this intersection,” Wabasha County Engineer Dietrich Flesch said in an email. “Concerns of lack of sight distance and amount of decision time (for drivers on County Hwy. 15) have also been received from citizens including truck drivers.
