Wabasha Board objects to state plan for people with subsidized healthcare

Wabasha County Public Health Director Judy Barton discussed a matter of grave concern to her involving the County Board and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital at the Wabasha County Board’s Aug. 4 meeting.
Board Chair Mike Wobbe was absent. Vice Chair Rich Hall chaired the meeting in his absence. County Administrator Michael Plante was present, along with County Attorney Karrie Kelly.
