Wabasha County adopts excess right-of-way policy

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners approved a new policy concerning excess right-of-way conveyance after discussion and debate during its meeting on Sept. 6.
The policy formalizes and clarifies the process of handling requests from landowners who would like to have an easement vacated or purchase or lease a county interest, through the use of an app.
