Wabasha County approves CUP in West Albany Township

Wabasha County Commissioners on Oct. 1 approved a Conditional Use Permit for Todd and Cheryl Jackson, who submitted a CUP application to transfer dwelling density from one parcel to another in West Albany Township.

Each parcel is zoned Agricultural Protection District (A-1), wherein dwelling density transfers are permissible by way of a CUP under Wabasha County Zoning District regulations.
