Wabasha County Board approves using wheelage tax for seal coating over departmental objections

Following discussion with Highway Engineer Dietrich Flesch, the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously at their July 28 meeting to use the funds generated by the 2015 wheelage tax for this year’s sealcoat project (pavement preservation).
