The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners has approved hiring a temporary zoning consultant until a new Environmental Services Director can be hired to replace the current director, Kevin Krause, who has resigned to take another position.

All commissioners were present for the March 1 meeting, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly. The agenda for this meeting was brief, with two closed sessions at the end of the regular meeting.
