Wabasha County Board digs into labor negotiations

The public part of the April 25 Wabasha County Board meeting was brief, as the board has been putting much of their time and energy into closed sessions concerning labor negotiation strategy.
All commissioners were present for this meeting, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly.
