Wabasha County Board: Road not impassable

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners has decided against an impassable road complaint that had been submitted by five property owners on the township road 700th Street to 264th Avenue to 706th Street to 705th Street.

The property owners felt that the road had not been constructed or is not properly maintained, and because of that, the road is not reasonably passable.

All commissioners were present for the July 26 meeting, along with County Administrator Brian Buhmann and Assistant County Attorney Jordan Cook.
