Wabasha County: Little action at year's final county board meeting

There were no action items on the Wabasha County Board Agenda for the last meeting of 2017 on Dec. 26, except for the consent agenda which was unanimously approved with one motion.
Commissioner Cheryl Key was absent due to medical reasons. Brian Goihl chaired the brief meeting.
