Wabasha County opts for dust control over commissioner and administrator objections

During the public forum segment of the regular meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 20, Douglas and Audrey Walters expressed their concerns about the amount of dust generated by a road project on County Road 25 near Elgin.
Commissioner Cheryl Key was absent. County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly were present.
