Wabasha County records first COVID-19 death

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has reported the first confirmed death of a Wabasha County resident due to COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, according to Wabasha County Public Health.
The death occurred Oct. 22 in a Wabasha County resident in their 80s.
