Wheelage tax hike could ease Goodhue County road funding deficit

Goodhue County Public Works Director Greg Isakson discussed the need for an increase in the wheelage tax—a continuation of an earlier discussion. Once again, he pointed out at the June 13 meeting that Goodhue County has a $10 million a year deficit in funding for road projects.
