Doris (Dottie) Swenberg, 92, of Lake City, passed peacefully Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at her Lake City home.
She was born in Portsmouth, Va., where she met her husband Walter, from Red Wing. They married in 1940 and moved to Long Beach, Calif. where he worked for the US Naval shipyard operations. In 1947 they moved to Rochester and also maintained a residence in Napels, Fla. from 1966 until 2013.
