1. Please give a brief biographic description of yourself you think pertinent to your candidacy.
I have been a business owner in Lake City for the past 35-plus years. In 1982 my wife Shayna and I moved to Lake City, built and then operated Waterman’s Restaurant on Lake Pepin. Since selling the restaurant in 1994 my professional career has been focused mainly on real estate development, real estate sales, property management, construction and project management.
