Flags of Valor organizers grateful and looking forward to 2023
The American Legion Post 110 and Legion Auxiliary wish to thank the community for supporting an amazing display of patriotism. There were 770 flags for the sixth year, and $8,000 donated in honor of or in remembrance. Monies raised stay in the community to support veteran programs, scholarships, and youth programs.
A special thanks to anyone who assisted by attaching flags and tags to the poles, pounded in stakes and set poles, and again reversed the procedure as they were taken down. We had perfect weather for the whole weekend of display.
