Food shelf grateful for Pass It On volunteers’ support
The Lake City Food Shelf would like to give thanks for the great generosity of the volunteers at Pass It On Thrift Shop in donating $10,000 from the fruits of their labors.
As Pastor Badgley mentioned in his article in a previous issue of The Graphic, we had a major repair to our walk-in cooler, which this timely donation more than covered.
We are seeing a continual increase in patrons due to the current economic conditions. In addition, we have had a harder time sourcing fresh fruits and vegetables.
