Each year one in five adults will experience a mental illness, yet many will wait 10 years before seeking treatment.
What are the barriers to care? One of them is stigma. “Make It OK” is a campaign to start talking and break the silence around mental illnesses. Join the Goodhue County Make It OK campaign by becoming a volunteer ambassador to stop the stigma and inspire hope.
