Letter: Benefits are many to 3-lane configuration

To the editor:
Fellow citizens of Lake City, one of the many issues that we need to make a fair and educated decision on is the four-lane to three-lane change over. We have
done a little research on this subject and hear is what we have found to be factual.
1. If we implement the three-lane plan, our city will have taken the steps to better receive the bike trail coming into Lake City from Red Wing in the near future.
