Letter: Board defies its own zoning ordinance

To the editor: 
In 2015 Goodhue County commissioners studied solar power utilities and created zoning ordinances related to them. The Goodhue County land ordinance related to zoning was signed and approved by current commissioners and it forbids Utility Grade Photovoltaic (PV) solar plants in Goodhue County wetlands. This makes sense as the groups studies showed that it was not compatible with the land use.  
The ordinance says that in the case of a wetland that there will be no condition that PV solar utilities will be allowed. No condition, means no condition, right?
