Letter: Essay contest: start writing

To the editor:
In late November, we started to talk about how much fun and how interesting it would be to have an essay/writing contest in Lake City. For two months we researched and planned how to do this. The deadline is now coming up (Friday, Feb. 19), and we’re hoping a large number of Lake Citians have submitted their entry (or plan to do so).
