To the editor:
Why Tim Guth should be elected to Seat 16, Houston County, 3rd Judicial District which includes Lake City.
Tim Guth believes that judges should be elected not appointed by the governor. He will institute a policy that all attorneys will have their cases settled by the Wednesday before the next Monday for jury selection.
