Letter: Four-lane leads to road race

I thought my editorializing regarding Highway 61 was over, at least for this year. Wrong! Please note the following comments are not targeting local enforcement.
Following a morning meeting in Winona on Tuesday, I rolled back into Lake City a little after noon. Uneventful, I got inside the 30 mph zone on the south end of town where I encountered a semi headed in the opposite direction at a speed in excess of 40 mph. (No I did not capture it with a radar gun.)
