I had the opportunity to recently attend the Experienced Officials: 2016 Leadership Conference held in Brooklyn Center, Minn. City representatives from throughout the state heard author/consultant Peter Kageyama discuss his book, “Love Where You Live, Creating Emotionally Engaging Places”.
