Letter: Judge's behavior must be looked at

To the editor:
Minnesota State Statute 204B.00 sets forth the “Qualifications to Run” for a judge’s seat in Minnesota. The only requirement to run for judge, that is additional to being a candidate for any other office in Minnesota, is that the candidate must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
