Letter: Lane change is emotional topic

To the editor:
Last week, in a letter to the editor, we were given “facts” regarding the two-lane versus four-lane controversy in Lake City. The letter instructed us to do two things: Look at the facts; and not let our emotions guide this decision. I will address both.
