Letter: Let's stop golf cart restriction

To the editor:
About a month ago, I bought a golf cart for my mother, age 97 who is a resident of Mayo Clinic Health System, Lake City Care Center here in Lake City. I always want to give her some more joy in her life and thought going to garage sales, going down to the lake to feed the ducks and riding around seeing the sights or having a treat in a golf cart would be fun for Mom.
