Letter: Local businesses are gems waiting to be discovered

To the editor:
On my quest to rediscover Lake City. I have discovered Carolyn on Lakeshore Drive (our florist), Treats and Treasures, Randy Meincke (real estate), Rick Powers, Ace Hardware and Marien’s Deli.
Yes, over 70 percent of my gifts were bought in Lake City.
Staff of the businesses I have visited have been very courteous and knowledgable. They outshine everyone.
