Letter: Make Aug. 14 count
To the editor:
Next Tuesday’s election is stacking up to be one of the more exciting primaries in recent memory and, in fact, may be more important than the November general election.
Why?
Because there are:
• Five DFLers and three Republican candidates facing off for the two slots in the governor’s race;
• Seven Republicans and 11 DFLers in the race for two senatorial positions;
• Five DFLers and three Republicans seeking to appear on this fall’s ballot for Attorney General;
