Letter: Meeting was a mere formality

Shame on you!
Once again, as always, the City Council has reassured us that most of their minds had been made up on the three-lane conversion, way before the Aug. 15 meeting. The meeting was merely a formality.
Thanks Mary Lou Waltman and Randy Klipfel for trying to vote for the citizens of Lake City. It’s funny how Minnesota Department of Transportation and most of the council can dance around issues and questions that they don’t or can’t answer. It was two hours of wasted time!
