To the editor:
The phrase “Shop Locally” has been echoed many years, and these words have been used, abused, and misused over time. I would like to share two experiences from this past week in which ultimately supports “Shop Locally.” As many of you know as an elected official I attend many meetings in Rochester and Red Wing on behalf of Lake City and other local organizations.
