Letter: Three lanes make no sense

To the editor:
I know this is just another opinion about the three-lane but I hope you will read it.
A few weeks ago I read an article in the Graphic about vacating one block of Washington Street so a highrise hotel can be built. According to the article we the citizens will be able to vote on this in the November election (although it probably won’t matter because we voted down the new public safety building and now that is happening anyway.)
