Letter to the editor:
I am John Mead and will not be able to attend the candidate forum on Aug. 2 as I will be out of town for my job. I am running for City Council as I feel I will be able to help make a difference and listen to what the people of Lake City want.
At this time I do not have any thoughts on the Cemstone property. On the community center and child care needs, I am for the community center and child care.
