To the editor:

A month ago, I sent a letter to the editor detailing how Wise Ace Hardware would like to purchase the old public safety building and use the existing building as the foundation of a new store.

We received tremendous support for our idea throughout the community. People don’t want to use tax payer funds to tear down another building and create another open lot. They fear it will stay an empty lot, and laugh at the thought of expansion to the recently renovated library.
