Looking ahead: Challenges, opportunities on the path to Blufflands trail
Our Lake City goal is to connect Lake City to Mt. Baldy at Frontenac. This segment will then connect with our partners in Red Wing who are working to create their segment from Covill Park to Mt. Baldy at Frontenac.
Opportunities: We continue to work on building a coalition of supporters to be a part of the Friends of the Mississippi Trail group. Our group includes supporters from Red Wing, Wacouta, Frontenac, Lake City as well as trail fans from around the state.
