Ohl - A Moral Menace
I didn’t really know what a pinball machine was in the early 50’s mainly because as a young farm kid, getting to town only happened for school, on Saturday night with the family for shopping/visiting, and Sunday for church. I don’t think there was even a machine available in Tyler until the mid to late 50’s and it was in the “Big Dipper.” During high school, after a quick lunch, a few of us would trek the block and a half from school to get an ice cream cone and maybe sacrifice a nickel to the pinball machine.
